About Me

My name is Paul Murphy. I am a producer, writer, director and motion graphics designer based in Sydney, Australia.

I began producing book trailers as early as 2002, while working in marketing at a large Australian publisher. At the time, there was no YouTube, MySpace or Facebook, and the videos were played in bookstores on old-style CRT televisions.

After working in the publishing industry for five years, I decided to make a career shift into video production. I have since established myself as a multi-talented producer of high quality TV commercials, documentaries, short films and corporate videos.

Promoting books through video is the perfect niche for me, combining my creative skills and marketing experience from both industries.
